Absolutely! You can cancel your subscription to our CRM product at any time. We prioritize our customers' flexibility, so there are no long-term contracts or hidden fees. If you decide to cancel, you can either email our support team or simply log in to your account and follow the cancellation steps. Please note, however, that if you received a discounted rate for our CRM, canceling your subscription will mean forfeiting that special pricing. Should you decide to return later, you would be subject to the current pricing at that time. Either way, once canceled, you'll be able to use the CRM until the end of your current billing cycle. This model helps us keep the prices low and provides flexibility to our users, ensuring you get the best value for your investment. Unlimited options are also available!
Our pricing for texting, calls, and emails is designed to provide maximum value for your investment. We use a pay as you go model keeping prices as low as possible. Here's a detailed breakdown of what roughly $10 gets you: Approximately 300 outbound calls. Roughly 450 incoming calls. About 500 texts. Around 10,000 emails. Approximately 1,000 email verifications. About 500 premium workflow actions. This structured pricing ensures you only pay for what you use, offering both flexibility and affordability as you scale your operations.
